Velvet Vine offers a comprehensive range of floristry services, including but not limited to:

• Daily fresh flower deliveries in London

• Comprehensive wedding floral services
• Corporate floral subscriptions
• Engaging flower arranging workshops
• Unique dried flower art
• Creative floral installations and seasonal decor

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing information on our site are accurate. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers and plants, availability may vary. In such cases, Velvet Vine reserves the right to substitute flowers or plants of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement is maintained.

For bespoke orders and events, detailed consultations will be conducted to confirm specific floral choices and availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our platform are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be added at checkout, relative to the delivery location. For bespoke services, a detailed quote will be provided. Full payment is required at the time of order for standard products. For larger events or corporate subscriptions, payment terms will be agreed upon in a separate contract.

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

5. Delivery Policy

Velvet Vine offers daily fresh flower deliveries within specified areas of London. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or additional charges. If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, or we will redeliver for an additional fee.

For event installations, delivery and setup details will be outlined in the bespoke service agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, at our discretion.
• Workshops: Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or transfer to another date. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person.
• Events and Bespoke Services: Cancellation terms for bespoke floral services will be detailed in your individual contract.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered, unless there is a verifiable issue with the quality or condition of the product upon arrival. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, floral designs, workshop materials, and software, is the property of Velvet Vine or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

The Velvet Vine name and logo are trademarks of Velvet Vine. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, transmitting harmful data, interfering with security-related features, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Any user-generated content, such as reviews or comments, must be respectful, accurate, and not contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvet Vine, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velvet Vine and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of our service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
